Equipment
We currently use only Quad Core and CPU Servers with HyperThreading Technology running Centos Linux with Virtuozzo. All servers and virtual servers are monitored and kept up to date on latest softwares including cPanel/WHM, Fantastico and much more. Our VPS & Dedicated servers also come pre-installed and pre-configured with the necessary software both for the everyday users as well as developers such as Red5 & FFMpeg.
Network and DataCenter
The network operates out of two datacenters in the US located in New Jersey and Illinois. All datacenters provide the ideal physical environment to keep your servers up and running without any interruptions.
Our Primary Datacenter resides in Clifton, New Jersey, just 14 miles from New York City. The datacenter has been carefully planned from inception to overcompensate for such factors as cooling, generators, UPS's, secondary generators, fire suppression, and much, much more. Our new facility has been set in place with 7,500 sq ft of raised flooring, 8 (eight) 20 ton AC units and double pre-action fire suppression system.
Our Secondary Datacenter resides in Chicago, Illinois inside the Chicago Board of Trading Building (CBOT). CBOT is a one of the worlds largest financial institutions and is fully redundant in its power supply and communications other amenities include elaborate security and surveillance systems.
Monitoring
Network Monitoring is critical in our business. Our Quality of Service guarantee is one of the best in the industry, and to ensure this we use a combination of Active and Passive monitoring systems. Every piece of hardware connected to our network is monitored for utilization, environmentals and uptime.
We are able to gather information about our network in real-time, analyze potential problems, and pre-empt any potential disruption in service. We combine this with aggregated reporting and archiving of counter data for monitoring servers and services across the network.
